For the Riedel family, the American flag isn’t just a symbol – it’s a legacy. My name is Alex, and I grew up with a deep respect for the values our flag represents. That respect was passed down through generations of service: from my Grandpa Jim, who served in the Air Force, to my Father Doug, who also dedicated his life to the military served in US Army Reserve.
A Mission to Unite Blue Valley
I started American Yard Flags KC with a simple goal: to follow in the footsteps of our founding fathers by providing a service that honors our country and our community. I wanted to make it effortless for my neighbors in the Blue Valley School District to show their patriotic pride.
We take the “work” out of patriotism. Whether it’s Memorial Day or Veterans Day, my team and I ensure that the stars and stripes are displayed with the dignity they deserve. We handle the 8-foot poles, the professional setup, and the takedown, so you can focus on what matters most – celebrating our freedom with family and friends.
